I am a pragmatic user experience designer, designer, scrum master and product owner.

For around 15 months, projects from the workshops business area have been increasing with a focus on UX for developer teams and a combination of PO and UX designer and Scrum Master. We work together in an agile manner in online meetings and all stakeholders contribute their knowledge while I moderate and cut screenshot snippets from all the information. This layout with a lean prototype is LEAN UX to visualize the features.

As a UX / UI / Service Designer >, I design user-friendly information architecture of complex structures and customer journey design. I am often booked by companies that want to optimize their historically grown, inconsistent software ecosystems with a consistently understandable interaction concept for users and admins. Imagine you are James Bond and need the information from the endless wall of MIT with all the flashing information from the entire world on the go on your phone. Just call me. Realizing this is my strength.

In 2007 I started my own business, founded ThielDesign as a startup and realized innovative, technical projects together with development agencies I was friends with. I headed the Conception & Design department at AMD Munich and published on Corporate Design Online.

In 2016, I changed my focus to freelancing in the area of innovation and integrated myself into corporate teams for the duration of the project.

Since 2020, more medium-sized customers have been approaching me with workshops and UX topics.

Digital product development requires strategy. I can support you as a UX designer.

Workshops and research as well as developing dashboards or, in other words, creating structures are my expertise.
For example, transforming complex software for use on mobile devices is in high demand.
This requires that the content be adapted to the respective usage environment.
I always focus on the user in all projects.

Service design and service delivery require specialists.

The healthcare industry in particular requires experienced experts.
I design in a data-driven and lean UX-oriented manner, and I also validate product concepts with a user-centered focus through prototyping and testing.
I also have particular experience in the healthcare industry.
Service delivery also means knowing the legal requirements and ensuring compliance when creating information material. This is where my experience comes in handy.
